Sometimes life and circumstances can get us down. When we are feeling depressed or pessimistic, it is up to us to refresh our spirit by entering into an intimate relationship with the living Christ through prayer and meditation! Like a needy child, we can tell God about all our problems and concerns. Share your troubles and anxieties with Him.

The Word says, “Cast all your cares upon Him because He cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7). As we do this, we will experience joy and peace only God can give! Through His immense grace we will find meaning and direction for our life and will be crowned with the success of God! Amen!
