“When you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.” Matthew 6:7
There are many of us who don’t give serious thought to our prayers to God. We have a fixed pattern which used to be meaningful but through repetition has lost its meaning. When we spend time in the presence of the living God, and as we are sharing our hopes and desires with Him, we must be mindful of the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Asking the Holy Spirit as we pray, to make us mindful of anything we can do to make our prayer life more fertile. When we believe in our prayers and leave it all in God’s hands, then will we see how He works in our life! In His Love, Do All You Can, While You Can, As Long As You Can, To All You Can….Have a Beautifully Blessed Day! “Everything is possible to the one who believes.” Mark 9:23 HCSB
When a suffering woman sought healing by simply touching the hem of His garment, Jesus turned and said, “Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole” (Matthew 9:22). We can be made whole when we place our faith completely and unwaveringly in the person of Christ. If your faith is being tested to the point of breaking, know that your Savior is near. If you reach out to Him in faith, He will give you peace and heal your broken spirit. Be content to touch even the smallest fragment of the Master’s garment, and He will make you whole. “He came to that which was His own, but His own did not receive Him.” John 1:11
If we are in love with someone, we allow them the freedom their spirit needs. It is only by setting someone free, that the bonds of mutual love may be strengthened. The principle of generous love forms the basis of the Christian gospel. God allows us the freedom of choice to either believe in Him or reject Him. Christ doesn’t want to compel us to love Him. Jesus Christ invited us, by grace, to accept Him and to associate with Him through a new relationship of love! When we accept Christ’s love and make His way of life our own; we will discover our imperfect love reacts to His divine love! With this type of love, it brings about freedom, joy and peace in our life! In His Love, Do All You Can, While You Can, As Long As You Can, To All You Can….Have a Beautifully Blessed Day! |
