“Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.” Colossians 4:2

There are many whose lives are ruined by anxiety, worry and fear. Paul says, “Be careful for nothing; but in everything, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Phil. 4:6-7).

In times of adversity, there is absolutely nothing we can do in our own strength to solve our problems. Jesus said without Him we can do nothing, take heart because He also said in God, all things are possible!
