“To You I cry; O Lord; and in the morning shall my prayer come to meet You.” Psalm 88:13

As soldiers, we wouldn’t leave home without suiting up for war. We’d be sure we had our marching orders and all the equipment we needed to successfully engage the battles ahead. Though we may not be a conventional warrior, we’ve got conflicts to face throughout the day, struggles we’re not quite sure how to handle. And we will wrestle with situations which will require ingenuity, strength, and wisdom.

We should always start our day with God in prayer and commit all its troubles to His hands. Remember all of our battles belong to God. As our Commander, God will always lead us safely to triumph!
