“We must pay more careful attention therefore to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.” Hebrews 2:1

It seems we are constantly being bombarded with information. The internet, the media, our job and people around us are continually dumping information on us. This makes it difficult to stay focused on what is truly important, the Word of God the Father. The preaching and teaching of God’s Word should be of primary importance to us.

We may say that it is, but with all the information blitzing our mind, the truths of God’s Word can sometimes get pushed aside. Be careful not to let that happen. By keeping the teachings of His Word in the center of our mind, this will keep us from drifting away from Him.
