“Whoever has will be given more, whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken f “Who “Whoever has will be given more, whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.” Matthew 13:12
Unfortunately in this lifetime; some people have never been inspired to walk intimately with the Lord. As a result, their faith is weak and their discipleship is ineffectual. The world needs disciplined Christians to proclaim the teachings of Jesus, particularly His command “As I have loved you, so you must love one another!” (John 13:34). The discipline which is needed to live a life of Christian love demands a strength which can only come from the Holy Spirit. This is nurtured through prayer, Bible study and a hunger for a more profound experience with God! Pray always without ceasing and draw near to the love of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit! In His Love, Do All You Can, While You Can, As Long As You Can, To All You Can….Have a Beautifully Blessed Day! "He who heeds the word wisely will find good, and whoever trusts in the Lord, happy is he.” Proverbs 16:20
When we find ourselves drowning in circumstances beyond our control; we can look to God’s promises to which we can cling, promises on which we can base our hope and not lose faith. Hope which is based on what we want or what we feel isn't an expression of faith. Our hope must be built on God's Word! He is the Solid Rock! In His Love, Do All You Can, While You Can, As Long As You Can, To All You Can….Have a Beautifully Blessed Day! "I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth." Jeremiah 33:6
God caused the Bible to be written for the express purpose of revealing to man God's plan for redemption. God caused this Book to be written that He might make His everlasting laws clear to His children, and that they might have His great wisdom to guide them and His great love to comfort them as they make their way through life. Without the Bible, this world would indeed be a dark and frightening place, without signpost or beacon. In His Love, Do All You Can, While You Can, As Long As You Can, To All You Can….Have a Beautifully Blessed Day! “When He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.” Matthew 9:36 As a good shepherd, Jesus looked at humanity’s lost sheep who were scattered, frightened, and hungry. What He saw pulled at His heartstrings. He was full of tenderness for them. He had compassion for them. Just as these hurting people touched the heart of the Savior, so should hurting people today touch our hearts. “I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.” John 6:38
Everything that was involved in Jesus’ becoming human began with the attitude of submission, a willingness to cooperate with God’s plan for salvation. He agreed to cooperate with a plan that would require His releasing of life and accepting agony. “As for me, I trust in You, O Lord, I say, “You are my God.” Psalm 31:14
I don’t know the exact number of promises in the Bible but I do know that within the pages of the Bible there are thousands of promises that grab the reader and say, “Believe Me! Accept Me! Hold on to Me! And of all the promises in the Bible, the ones that often mean the most are the promises that offer hope at the end of affliction. Those promises that tell us that it’s worth it to walk with Him, trust Him and wait on Him for He will reward us. “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9
Many try to discover the secrets of what the future holds, but no one really knows what’s in store. Instead of fretting about the unknown, let’s prepare ourselves for any eventuality which God may bring on our path. To be able to enter the unknown future in hope and trust, a positive and living faith in God is imperative! When Christ lives in our heart and thoughts, we will be able to face the future without any fear. We shall have the quiet assurance we will not be confronted by any situation in which Christ and us will not be able to overcome together! We should live only in the fear of the Lord! In His Love, Do All You Can, While You Can, As Long As You Can, To All You Can….Have a Beautifully Blessed Day! “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.” Psalm 32:8
When we reflect on the future, we often allow events of the past, problems and disappointments, to cloud our vision. Today the moment has come to place our unwavering trust in the omniscience of God. He truly cares about us and loves us deeply! Everyone has a need for love; true, profound, sincere love. Let’s rediscover this unfailing love, in this seemingly loveless world, there is God the Father, who has a special interest in us, a God in heaven who is Love and who loves each of us deeply and sincerely! In His Love, Do All You Can, While You Can, As Long As You Can, To All You Can….Have a Beautifully Blessed Day! “When Your words came, I ate them; they were my joy and my heart’s delight. Therefore this is what the Lord says: ‘If you repent, I will restore you that you may serve Me; if you utter worthy, not worthless, words, you will be My spokesman.’” Jeremiah 15:16, 19
In answer to his prayer, God told Jeremiah he should speak words which have value. Words can be used for either positive or negative means. Think carefully about how our words can be used for good rather than evil. The prophet Jeremiah said to the Lord, “Your words were my joy and my heart’s delight.” God’s encouraging words helped him and supported him greatly during the persecution in which he had to endure. God wants to help us too! Let our words before God always be positive and let His Word always be a joy and delight in our prayer life! In His Love, Do All You Can, While You Can, As Long As You Can, To All You Can….Have a Beautifully Blessed Day! ‘And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.’ Philippians 4:19 The Lord's grace is sufficient in good times and tough times, in times of plenty and in times of lack. The key to this promise is not just God's provision, but also our trust upon Him to satisfy what we most need in Christ Jesus. When our hearts yearn to be full of God, to be pleasing to Him, to be blessed by His presence, to be given the assurance of life beyond death, surely we can rely on His supplying everything we truly need! In His Love, Do All You Can, While You Can, As Long As You Can, To All You Can….Have a Beautifully Blessed Day! |
